Registration for Gathering of Eagles closes at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Payment must be received in full before registrants will be granted access to the conference. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Registrations are accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first-served basis. Admittance to any DealMakers and Gathering of Eagles events will be at the discretion of RealTrends and its parent company, HW Media LLC. We reserve the right to limit attendance to our event or remove any attendee or sponsor from our events for any reason.
- Registration for DealMakers and/or Gathering of Eagles does not include hotel, travel, or activities other than those specified in the event details.
- All attendees must register for our event by using our registration systems. Paid registrations are tied to individual attendees, not companies. Sponsors' company registrations are tied to the company’s participation, not individually. Sponsoring companies must register employees and guests using their sponsor code. Registration for speakers is complimentary.
Name changes/substitutions for registered attendees are allowed at applicable rates until 48 hours before the conference. If an attendee registered at the past attendee/CEO group price and changes the name to someone who is not a past attendee/CEO group, the price will be changed to the higher rate companies.
Group Discount Package
RealTrends encourages you to bring your team to the conference. To support this initiative, we offer a Teams Package. If you are bringing 2 or more individual large volumes of participants from the same institution.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations including the "Past Attendee/CEO Group" Rate or other discounts. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Participant Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference start date (Thursday, May 12, 2022). If a cancellation is received by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, an issue will be refunded minus a $295 processing fee.
If canceled after Thursday, May 12, 2022, no refund will be provided. Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, the credit card is not able to be changed. If a cancellation is eligible for a refund with a processing fee, then a refund will be credited using the original method of payment. Cancellations received after the cutoff date will not be refunded for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact email@example.com.
Registration, attendance at or participation in DealMakers and/or Gathering of Eagles meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or participant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such activities by HW Media.
By registering for the DealMakers and/or Gathering of Eagles event, you agree that we may provide your registration information to our sponsors or partners who helped make this conference possible and that they may contact you with offers that may be of interest to you. Neither DealMakers and/or Gathering of Eagles nor HW Media LLC sell registrations information to third parties.
